Anomalies in Casadio and Germani (2005) arise from infinite integral
terms in the
BW (braneworld) correction term for effective mass. By taking the
energy density
of "dark radiation" on the brane negative, this eliminates the anomaly
and also
corresponds to anti-evaporation. The pressure is taken as 1/3 of the
energy density.
The analysis does not apply to primordial black holes, which do not
arise from
gravitational collapse.
