They are not falsified. But they are not yet verified. They are
hypothesized to make the theory of gravitation work. There are
investigations no ongoing to resolve this matter. If it turns out there
is no dark matter then the theory of gravitation is falsified, not the
standard model which does not deal with gravitation at all.

There is no empirical falsification of dark matter or gravitons as of
this date.
