Once you do realise that a rotor with sliding vanes and an inside cam
works and how.
you will get 28000 hp instead of the 300 you got.

You are using a water turbine and getting 1 hp for evry 93 the
sliding vane produces and Im using a small fraction of the water.

Draw the rotor with the inside wheel and d the math. stop trying to
use a turbine math chart on a whale engine .
as soon as you do understand the whale rotor a 20 inch pipe and 28000
hp Ill cut the pipe off add nother wheel inside and move the inside cam
wheels one at a time and run another 20 inch pipe up the other side 30
feet and make pistons out of the water.
Once you see the whale run its all over.
48 x 6 inch rotor with 30 square inch of vane.
500 psi . 2500 hp.

I beet the water turbine with a whale 100 to 1.
