3 major problems: (1) the site is way too small for anything on the
order of the size of the Federation Archive. That's partly why it was
in disarray -- simply not enough room to set up anything cohesive.
You'll see what I mean in a short while after I put up the skeletal
structure. This is going to be very large. A couple references to a
few items slated for the site have been made to it in s.p.r. already.
On top of that, there's going to be mirrors (including material that's
been personally edited and updated) of other sites or material included
whose authors have already given permission.
(2) student, faculty and alumnus sites are for research only, as per
the policy of that or any campus, (3) alumnus sites aren't supported
any longer and I'm not a student or faculty member there any longer.
