In order to prevent "Richard Herring"
from obscuring the "message",
and making the "messenger" the issue,
I am reposting the "message"
that "Richard Herring" is trying to obscure.

Quote
=====================
As can be seen, the "fact" that
historical documents reference "historical facts"
"has clearly gone straight over <Herring'> head.

As can be seen, the "fact" that
I referenced the SAME historical document,
( The Magna Carta )
alluded to by the poster I responded to,
by posting a couple of articles from the document,
and agreeing with the poster's position
that Jews have come into conflict with all of their
neighbors, throughout history,
"has <also> clearly gone straight over <Herring'> head."

Review of the thread:

1. Poster posts that Jews have come into conflict
with many (All?) of their neighbors through history.

2. I agreed, and posted a couple of articles from the
Magna Carta (Which the poster alluded to.)
as examples of this.

3. Richard Herring begins to use a series of
logical fallacies to confuse the issue.
( Spelling, translations, interpretations, ad hominem,
historical facts vs. historical documentation, etc.)

The bottom line is,
I am interested in truth and historical facts,
and Herring is motivated by
racial/religious propaganda,
ego tripping,
or a compulsion to attack a particular poster.
( Or he is just plain nuts.)

You makes your choice, and takes your pick.

================
End of quote:

Reference point #3 above.
Note that "Richard Herring"
is grasping for any straw possible in order to
make the messenger the issue.

This is the same tactic that is used
over and over and over and over and over and over
by the people who instigate
conflict and war for profit and power.

Maybe "Richard Herring" identifies more with
the war-for-profit instigators,
than he does with American Blacks, Rednecks, and Latinos,
who are sacrificing their lives, limbs, liberties, and fortunes
to kill folks they would otherwise get along with just fine.
