Coley (1999) is divided into 4 sections:
1. Introduction
2. Spatially Homogeneous Perfect Fluid Models
3. Scalar Field Models
4. String Models
He also has 99 references, which is very convenient since if we add 1,
we get 100 and once again we can easily select 5 to reach the .05 level
of probability or 4 (which yields 4/100 which is less than .05) to get
Rare Events. Does anybody want to comment on the missing 1 ? :>)
