Ship it to that place <everytime there is a leak the name changes> in
England, p.t. Thorpe Nuclear Processing/Sellafield/Windscale etc. etc. and
they will leach "the good parts" out of the stuff and deposit the rest in
some salt mine. Cadarache in France can do the same, I think.

Japan uses breeder reactors so they recycle more - but they still get stuff
for the salt mines.
China probably dispense with formalities and pour it into a lake - GROWTH
beats the environment all over China these days.
