Not definitely true. If we stop destroying this one it might serve us
indefinitely. Population control will of course become a factor, but
many countries are seeing decline in population.

Well, the folk who originally sailed across the pond started
slaughtering and subjugating the indigenous populace on their arrival,
and later came to be known as what we Brits call Yanks. And we all know
how that turned out. ;¬)

I went to the Isle of Wight as a child. As far as I can remember, I
could breath and the gravitational acceleration on the Isle of Wight is
around 9.8m/s/s IIRC, so I didn't develop osteoporosis. All in all, I
think it compares favourably to the moon as a holiday destination.
