Is History recorded by nature?

I am fascinated by the idea of a theoretical Time Camera, not to be
confused with Time Travel, but I don't spend much time thinking about
it since it seems out of reach. We know that light travels out in to
space. I guess you could say that is a form of true history, but what
about the collapse of the wave function. Doesn't QM suggest that every
photon will eventually be absorbed and therefore all photons emitted
from Earth will vanish? Are there any legitimate theories or research
to suggest other methods of capturing true history. What does QM or
M-theory have to say about this?

IMHO such a time camera could be one of humanities greatest saviors,
no? True justice would reign. Every criminal act would be etched in
history for all to view. Answers to so many questions answered such as
the true life of Christ, the secret later life of Tesla, was there an
Atlantis, etc. Terrorists such as Bin Laden would not stand a chance.
Imagine a theoretical time camera has a fast forward feature where the
viewer can view time at an accelerated pace. The military would find
Bin Laden at a known location in time and from there simply track the
movement of Bin Laden in fast forward mode. Eventually the time camera
would catch up to the present time line and would reveal Bin Laden's
present location.

Here's a clip about Tachyons from

The proof of tachyons existing in nature at the moment (much less their
use in signalling the past) is non-existent, but if they do exist and
are produced in natural events in space then evidence for them in the
form of the cerenkov radiation emitted by the tachyons could be on
record somewhere in all the data we have gathered from telescopes and
satellites already and may merely be unrecognised for what it is.

Also the following was copied from the above web page. Is the below
text true?

Matter can be viewed as matter travelling forwards in time, while
anti-matter (matter whose components have opposite charges to normal
matter) can be thought of as matter travelling backwards in time, i.e.
an electron (e-) is merely a positron (e+) travelling in an opposite
temporal direction.
If we hold this to be true, who is to say what is matter and what is
antimatter? What is travelling forward in time and what is travelling
backward? Who is travelling backwards into the past?
On the whole there is no way to know but recently a few exceptional
reactions involving CP violations due to the Weak Force have come to
light. These reactions are thought to explain the predominance of
matter over antimatter in the creation of the Universe. A side product
of this is a sort of temporal signpost that could at least give any
aspiring time travelling a grounding in which way they should go.
