Well, yes, we can draw meaningful conclusions from that type of
high energy head on collision between electrons. Since a number of
particles more massive than the electron materialize and that it
is the energy that propelled the electrons on their collision course
that is liberated as the pair of electrons grind to a stop, we know
conclusively that it is that freed energy that constitutes the raw material
that converts to that variety of massive particles, including more
electrons, which in turns confirms that electrons are made up of
the same fundamental "material".
A conclusive telltale that all of those particles are made up of that
energy is that the total amount of energy making up the resulting
set of materialized particles plus extra photons never exceeds the
energy that was fed in to propel the electrons (on top of the energy
making up the electrons, of course).

Maybe not. If anything, it at least confirms in my view that electrons
are made up of of the same fundamental energy as that which was
used to propell them.
