Tinfoil hats are ineffective because they act like slot antennas and focus
the microwaves on your brain.

You need a complete tin-foil-suit[shiny side out!] with a copper screen
mask to see through and breath through.

But the most important part is the 6 foot ground rod that must always be
driven into moist, conductive earth and connected directly to your left
foot. If it is connected to the right foot it enhances the effect rather
than cancelling it.
