I am a backer of the aether - moving dimensions.

How would I quantize time?
By an infinitesimal duration.
The same with space.
They are continuums.

Why is it necesary to quantize space-time?
I know it is necesary for matter. But space-time
is only an extrapolation. I could be wrong but
no one has shown me lefty.
