No they're not.
There exists no one-to-one correspondence between the real numbers and
the integers. The infinity comprising the real numbers (Aleph_one) is
much larger than that comprising the integers (Aleph_null). That's a
standard textbook result taught in college mathematics. There are, in
fact, more distinct sizes of infinite sets than can be enumerated by
any of the infinities, themselves ... which is not only the exact
opposite of what you said, but *WAY THE FRIGGIN HELL* the exact
opposite of it!
