i am not adding action to energy yet physically
they are strongly connected

hf is the work that is done in a unit of time
if you multiply it by time
you get work during any amount of time you chose.

but h is actually the most meaninful factor in the right side
of the equation meaningful i mean from physics *entity* point of vew.
and it indicates that energy is quantized!!
i dont agree with theopinion that you can get any amount of energy

it is right only in big gross quantities
but once you zoom into it much fine (tiny) quantities
only then it showes that energy is quantised
(actually all our ohysics entities are at the end of the day -
quantized
to some basic units that are *indivisible*
the bif question of course is what is that quantity
when you can go on dsimentle it and when did you got to the
'scratch' to the smallest indivisible entity (actually
the smallest mass!!!!)

the trick is not by time (time is a human invention
not natures invention!! )

so we dont have to look for it by time
but whats in that time!!
