S. Kar has two papers in Phys. Rev. D 52, 2030, 1995 and 53, 2071,
1996, as well as a paper that begins with a similar title to the one in
the last posting for the first five words but continues: "in the
presence of an antisymmetric tensor field," hep-th/9604048.
E. Di Grezia and S. Esposito have a paper "Minimal coupling of the
Kalb-Ramond field to a scalar field," hep-th/0304058 v1 7 Apr 2003.
S. SenGupta and S. Sur have "Does curvature-dilaton coupling with
Kalb-Ramond field lead to an accelerating universe?", hep-th/0207065 in
2002. S. SenGupta and A. Sinha have a paper "Fermion helicity flip by
parity violating torsion," hep-th/0102073 v3 26 Jun 2001.
P. Majumdar and S. SenGupta, Class. Quan. Grav. 16 L89 (1999) is
useful.
B. Mukhopadhyaya, S. Sen, and S. SenGupta preprint from 2002
hep-th/0204242 is useful.
S. Kar, P. Majumdar, S. Sengupta, A. Sinha have a useful paper in Eur.
Phys. J. C23 357 (2002), while the same authors except S. Sur replacing
Sinha is useful in Class. Quant. Grav. 19 677 (2002), as is S. SenGupta
and A. Sinha's paper in Phys. Lett. B514 109 (2001).
M. Botta Cantcheff, hep-th/0212180 and references therein are useful.
