Thanks for the warm welcome and the deeply insightful and valuable comments.
Every newsgroup has at least one ignorant fucking ***. I guess that
would be *you*...so far.

I realize that this forum is inhabited by a lot of academics, intellectuals
and professional experts in a wide variety of scientific disciplines...and
that in all likelihood they vastly exceed my relatively puny intellect. Am I
being humble enough yet...or am I expected to kiss your ass as the price of
admission? The universe will suffer death by heat loss long before that
event is likely to occur.

I posted some of my thoughts and questions in the hope that I would be able
to engage in a civilized and friendly discussion with some intelligent
people that are more
knowledgeable than myself about certain things that I find interesting.
Maybe that's an unreasonable expectation in today's world.

I didn't come here to be *** upon by kooks and miserable pricks...which I
now see this group has an abundance of. If you don't like my post, then just
pretend it never happened...then go *** yourself.
