A few are listed at http://www.crank.net; but if you know
anything about physics can't you trust your own judgement?
Most kooks aren't exactly hard to spot.

I should add that there's a whole spectrum ranging from the
persistent and hopelessly incorrigible kooks to people just
airing (albeit perhaps largely in ignorance) speculative
ideas and receptive in varying degrees to argument and
correction.

If you ask a sensible amenable question, I'd say there's
a good chance you'll get at least some useful answers.
I must say though sci.physics is more beset by kooks
than sci.math.
