Nuclear Secrets

What category or knowledge did they left out from the
books and stamped as confidential... is it more like
the ratio of certain numbers like isotopes or critical
mass or others?

For example. Given access to all materials to build a
nuke. Can the most brilliant public scientist like
Uncle Al assemble a nuke (supposed he is taken by
Al Qaeda and has accessed for example to Uranium 235
or a conversion plant). Do all books in nuclear physics
sufficient to enable one to build a nuke. Or are their
certain secrets that the government didn't leak to
the public scientific literature since the testing at
Los Alamos and kept to themselves??

In case there is a leak produced by rough nations for
examples North Korea or Libya. Can anyone share the site
where they give the missing information so we know
the remaining details of how thermonuclear detonation
can occur (the proper ratio of mass or neutron gun
velocity for example, etc). Thanks.
