Hell, we could save a shitload of gas just by making a traffic
management system that actually works well.
Today, the idiots buy $100,000 controllers, and then set the damned
thing on a timer. Hell, we could have stayed with the damned 1940s
versions if that's all they do with them.
Then, the idiots put the lights on priority mode at night. Their
whole purpose was to manage traffic, and they don't turn them on until
there is no traffic. D'oh!
