Time energy uncertainty

Could you please suggest some reference whih has a formal proof of (del
t)*(del E)>h/2
with the interpretation that del t is the time required for measuring
the energy of a system with uncertainty del E. Also, Why is t a
parameter and x an observable in quantum theory?
