Lets look at this for a moment.
Then, lets look at a typical job application where the most important
feature of a persons existence is "have you ever been convicted of etc etc"

Dont hand me that crap that they are not willing to work. That is a lie, or
perhaps ignorance or hate. Certainly true in many cases, but generally
false.

If you think that you can purify a society and cleans it forever from all
evil, then you're a better man than I.

There is nothing which can make society completely crime free. Human beings
will always do evil things. Our social policies actually excerbate the
problems and make crime worse than it would be if it had been left alone.
