zinc oxide

Hi all,

I'm working on a project for which I need a transparent thin film of
piezoelectric zinc oxide. I've tried several search engines and
ThomasNet, but I think I may have to try to find a company that does
custom product design. I haven't tried 3m yet, but I thought I'd ask
others first if anyone knows of a company that produces zinc oxide in
thin film form for bulk pzt applications. Thanks for your time and
effort.
