I doubt it. When you want to learn how to calculate stuff, it's time to
move to books. You'll note that Young and Freedman is not free, by any
stretch. Furthermore, pedagogical stunts like the ISEE method are
designed to get you comfortable with the tools (the math) used in
physics, but when you want to move to more advanced topics it's time to
move past the basic tools and get to more sophisticated tools. If you
are not yet comfortable with the basic tools, then it is not yet time
to tackle quantum mechanics. (Life lesson: do not attempt to star in a
kung-fu movie if you are only an orange belt.)
