Do you mean Galilean relativity? If so, that's just the form of
relativity
that everybody is aware of from a very young age. Velocities add as
vectors, time and space are absolutes, and so on. If all velocities are
very small fractions of the speed of light, and if you can ignore
gravity,
then Einstein's relativity is well approximated by Galilean relativity.
