You are looking at the problem from your preconceived ideas about the
trivial time dilation effect of cosmic rays. In the grand scheme of
things, who cares? But for your information, Lorentz contractions were
devised to explain Aether drift, not to prove Special Relativity. The
Aether theory is fully consistent with Lorentz invariance, when you
fully understand how fluid Aether works.
But aside from this trivial aspect of physics, an Aether theory
provides the full unification of the forces, explains why humans can
perceive subatomic and atomic particles as either waves or particles,
shows how the physical Universe arose from non-material existence,
explains the exact nature of space-time, shows that space-time actually
has three dimensions of length and two dimensions of frequency,
explains why matter has half spin, explains why growing systems tend to
exhibit the Golden Ratio in their proportions, quantifies the neutron,
explains what dark matter is and how it interacts with visible matter,
explains what a black hole is, explains how the ZPF works as a function
of the Casimir effect, explains how physical matter can be altered by
rearranging space-time directly (Hutchison effect), explains the true
nature of General Relativity as a function of two types of charge,
properly quantifies electromagnetic charge as separate from
electrostatic charge, explains how all things communicate through
conductance (manifests as feelings or emotions in humans), and in
general provides us with the correct view of the quantum realm.
That is a lot more meaningful than being able to adjust our GPS clocks
by a tiny fraction of a second, despite the fact that several
satellites are needed to correct for the ionospheric interference
correction. You are so paranoid about such trivial little things when
an Aether theory produces far greater advances in physics. Give it up!
Einstein did! There is no Special Relativity and the lack of an
Aether has unnecessarily slowed the advancement of science for 100
years.
