No. The Relativities are dependend upon Aether.
It is their mechanism.
Where Einstein went wrong was in the Reciprocity of
appearence. Physics aint about appearence.
Only one Twin's clock will go slow.
Acceleration changes space and time.
Catch up to the aether and you get all the relativistic
effects except reciprocity and moving though space is an
absolute.
You will try to say that relatives are the absolutes in
themselves and you would be wrong. It is the reverse.
The relatives owe their very existence to the absolutes.
That's just the way it is.
