NUTZ .
1 , no proton will be reflected.
2 , nothing has the mass to absorb and re-eject a proton.
3 , a neutron ya chucklehead a neutron .
not as massive as a proton will be ejjjected by a neutron upseting the
G of the atom some times but most of the time will be absorbed .
4 not till after 2 nuertons can a proton be ejected from its orbit .
not even a nuke will eject a proton .
HOW the *** did you plan on ejecting protons ?
