The delay in the rise of feedback with life may have been due to the
Universe's exploration of matter. Why explore matter?
The Big Bang itself may not have been in agreement with the Universe's
built-in self-feedback. With all its capabilities, including
geometry, topology, change in geometry, change in topology,
Knowledge/Semantic Information, probability, combinatorics, there may
have been no "reference point" or "reference set" to explain the Big
Bang which in itself involved an acceleration. Its inflationary
response, which enormously increased what we would now call the radius
of the Universe, provided not only insufficient Knowledge concerning
the Big Bang but may have introduced further complications such as high
vs low speed differences. So in the last acceleration of the
Universe, it brought out its "highest power" tool, PI with feedback.
It arguably imprinted it on life, and then "waited". It's still
waiting.
What is it waiting for? My guess is that it's waiting for an advanced
civilization or something similar to make use of PI to control
expansion-contraction, or in the process to help it understand how that
works. The good news is that there may be a "code" out there that we
can use even with our relatively retarded civilizations. The bad news
is that the really big question may not be how to build a space warp
but how to create Universes.
