You need to supply more information .For instance,how much water do you
want to move? How far do you want to move it? Are you moving it
horizontal or vertical? Also blower size and hp rating of motor also
can vary greatly so be more specific. Now if you want to move some
rainwater of your car of course a blower would move water (typ leaf
blower elec or gas) but I dont think this is what you are talking
