You make false assumptions about what I know.
Do you "guess" as part of your mathematics as well?

I found nothing in that book addressing your topic. (seems like a good book)


Why can't you answer my question? What is the meaning of the term?
You discuss deriving it from others, but that is really a side issue as the
term can be generated directly by the problem.
You are giving me the opinion that you do not have sufficient depth in the
subject.
