Regarding putting the cookie folder on the desktop,
what I do is drag all the files, folders and programs
that I want fast, easy access to, to "turbolaunch".
I have all of my drives on one of the "turbolaunch" tabs,
and several folders such as cookies, favorites, icons, cursors,
C:\program files, my download folder, and all of my specialty folders
such as doc, pdf, mp3, wav, etc. I replace the icons on some of the
items as all the file and drive icons are the same. For example,
I downloaded some alphabet icons and use them as icons
for the various drives.
Another neat program is MusicMagic Mixer which scans all
the music/audio files on your computer, gets data about the files
from the Internet, generates an easy to use play list outline of all
the files,
and lets you to click on any artist, audio category, mood, etc. to play
that group of files. You can also create special "mood" categories
and tag the items you need to create, or cater to, moods.
