What creates the Charge?

Why positive charge? Why negative charge? Why are they 100% equal? Why
fractional positive charges for quarks? My theory is virtual photons
give particles their charge,and communicate the charge to one another
over distance(obeying the inverse square law). I have EM
charge helping gravity to compress nebula Reality is things pulled
closer and closer together means gravity gets stronger,and stronger. It
all fits Trebert
