I don't say it, the Universe does. It is the empirical fact.
You're arguning with the Universe, James. Your model is
broken and you can't reconcile the facts with it. Fix
your broken model.

You're getting close, James. A principle of relativity is
that the same physical laws must apply in every frame of
reference (otherwise the Universe would be chaotic and
unpredictable). So if the same laws must apply to all
frames of reference and predict all observations made
regardless of the frames involved, what must be the form
of the laws? The result is the theory of Relativity,
which provides the model of how to relate all measurements
between frames of reference.

One of the consequences of the model is that clocks
in one FoR viewed from another run at different rates.
And because motion is relative, the transformation
goes both ways; two observers in different frames will
see the same effect on eachother's frame.

No, I am accepting laws that will apply to all frames
of reference and explain the observed facts. In other
words, James, I have chosen my model (laws) to fit the
facts rather than denying the facts and holding on to
a broken model.

Your model is broken James. Fix it.
