The side of the Earth you were on would either

the Earth's g-force)
From the Elliptical orbit point of view...
When closer to the Sun G-forces should also change WRT the spin.
etc..
Are any of these factors taken into account during all the super experiments of today?
A physicist would be able to back of the envelope the answer and tell you if such factors need to be considered for the experiment at hand.
Since you are a crackpot, you will simply drool and grope blindly at your children in the night.
