It can never be relatively constant,
Why? If the fuel is fed at a constant rate and he
burn continues at a constant rate, and the pressure in
the combustion chamber is constant,
Bingo!
There is your problem,
A pressure chamber can not remain constant,
when it is not closed.
Again you seem to not even know basics
about an open or closed "system".
Hey James, when you're driving your car down the
highway (assuming that you have a car), how do
maintain a constant speed?
I hit the cruise control,
and sadly, my fuel does not stay constant
Greg,
what is the e constant for?
Are you now saying it is about a constant speed
of the rocket?
LOL
You sure liketo twist like no other can.
:)
The pressure in the combustion chamber is in a dynamic
equilibrium. It is maintained by feeding fuel at a
rate that maintains the thrust at a constant level.
You truly have no clue about open and closed systems.
You love to ignore physics huh?
James, tell us everything you think you know about
control systems.
No thanks.
and..Greg,
What is the e constant representing in reality?
Still no answer huh?
What is the magnitude of the effect you're complaining
about? Make an estimate of the variationin pressure
over time.
The pressure is not constant.
I don't care how small the variable will be,
if it is there at all, it is not constant.
You've nothing to complain about if you can't prove that
it's an issue. Stop acting like a two year old.
The masses are not constant,
the velocites are nto constant
the pressure of the fuel is not constant
the entire "open system of a rocket" lacks
constants all over the place.
How can you even think somethign is constant
in a rocket is beyond science itself.
James never left the primary school yard.
Go eat the dirt and the glue instead of learning,
like you must have done in your school days also.
