Well, there isn't much theory there to be honest, but yes, that's true
- it could be replace by a better theory.
It's more a jibe at SR, which seems to be painting itself into a
corner.

It's fairly well accepted that it works as a good approximation when
there's no gravity, and GR only works on large scales.
OK, explain to me how you would resolve the twins paradox with out
bolting on theory developed after the 1905 paper.
