One thing to remember is black body radiation, and the fact that all
atoms emit black body radiation as em waves, and you can measure that
as well, as Cavendish did, er hem.

The waves cancel out and will attract. It is a very weak force of
course. er hem.

What I would suggest, is that under completely sterile conditions,
using a chemical process, in a vacuum, preferrably you try to make an
absolute pure substance, enough atoms that can be weighed, on the most
accurate scale you have, and then you can get a quantum prediction for
gravity, using the frequency values of that element.
