So the easiest way to do this, is to use your most accurate conditions,
to weight a pure substance and then massage the numbers, until the
number of whole atoms in your sample is a whole number. At some point,
you will hit on the exact combination of the values of the other
factors, and those values can be applied in any other circumstance with
precision.
But then you will find oddities like the permiability of free space
will show up and things of that nature in other instances but you will
recognize it, because you will know what the correct result should be.
