So if you wanted to go back to the time of the dinosaurs, you would
need to chase back down your string along that arrow of time.

Slowly changing your rate so that the other shells passed you, would
not send you back,you need more energy than that, just slowing your
rate down, that would just hold you there in the moment, you need to go
back in the other direction, past that bump, that point where you might
get frozen in time, not a pleasant thought. lol

So you want to take a run at it, thats for sure to be sure you have
enough energy to pass that flat spot, and then ok.
Or if you were to merely set up a system, to generate a set of
frequencies that were half of Plank's constant, well maybe you can move
through the shells with easy, unaffected by their em waves, their
blackbody radiation, and just pass through forward or back or sideways.
And who knows what the actual amount that would be, I am saying half of
Plank's constant to give you the idea that some set of frequencies
outside of the others, so you could ghost-like just go wherever you
wanted in the multiverse without any resistance.
