No, no, _No_... He believed that nature was not _Intrinsically_ random.
Einstein postulated that the future is just as immutable as the past,

OK Relf, you've changed a few things in your schpiel and it's almost
sounding better.

The tendency - even today - is to believe that big things are made up
from little things, and somewhere otu there there is this "fundamental
thing" from which all things are made. Evereybody is looking for "The
Fundamental Thingy" - or "TFT".

QM seems to suggest that TFT is acausal. This makes many people very
uneasy, because if The Fundamental Thingy is acausal, then the whole
universe should be smokin' in the boys room.

Hence Einstein, God, craps, EPR, and the dead cat.

So - who's right ? The determinists, or the acausalists ? They are both
right, a contradiction, yeah so what.


God cant play dice because real dice are trivial. But he also must play
dice, because absolute order is equally trivial. He's damned is he
does, and he's damned if he dont.
