Well, have they been submitted to a journal? You can start by describing the
experiments you feel would support your ideas.

Generally speaking, there are hordes of scientists who would bite your arms
off for a head start in re-writing cosmology. The fame and kudos that would
attach to such a person are phenomenal.

Oh yes. Cosmology is a field which is prime for a revolution in
thinking in that respect. The more people subjecting good papers
outlining ideas the better. Look at MOND for example. Although I accept
WMAP's conclusions re Dark Matter, i find the idea of Gravity itself
being incompletely understood agreeable, because after all - we don't
truly unerstand gravity to the same degree as other forces. But thats
my opinion, and I know what thats worth ;-)
