Jeff's understanding is limited enough that he doesn't really "get" what
is
meant by the terms he tries to use. He thinks that science has no method
of
determining "what" is outside the 13.7 billion light year "age boundary."

He also seems to be confused about the fact we can see in an equal
distance
in all directions, and that we can do this despite hurtling around both
the
Sun and the galactic centre.

I am sure when Jeff finds a wikipedia page on this it will help him out
no
end.
