Yeah - I know. The idea does seem completely half baked, and even a bitall
stupid. But hey - I'm not a professional academic, so I dont really have
that much to gain from getting published anyway, and it might be kind ofsay
fun. Besides - would'nt it be a kick in the ass to look back one day and
"Once upon a time, when UseNet was still quite young, some loonie amateurs
created a paper and actually got uit published" -

anyhow - yeah - vandalism would be a pain in the ass, but I think that it's
possible, so I'm going to try to set up a blog where we can put some things
down and try to keep things organized.
I have no problem inventing wacky ideas - but I have no access whatsoever to
a real library. I can search PROLA, but there is a ton of stuff out there
which only exists on paper somewhere.
I'll let you know where the blog is as soon as I set it up.
