A connection between electron charge and certain cosmological parameters

Dear All,

I have discovered a numerical connection between the charge of an
electron and certain cosmological parameters. A high school student can
verify the correctness of the equation by substituting the accepted
values of the variables. My formula is correct to the fourth
significant digit, and I blame this small deviation on the precision in
the values of the cosmological parameters used. I have prepared a one
page paper on the equation.

I will be very grateful if any one of you is qualified and willing to
review (and if acceptable) endorse my paper for posting on the arXiv.
