each bank has a doard , poor richard would never do anything but sit

Id deligate all those small disions to some one.. Oh Id use a board
and let them report to the ceo ,,and he can report to me.
unless Im the ceo ..then the board can report to me.
chances are the board wants new tolets and thats more information then

I have no idia what goes on day to day and dont care about the ***.
Its thier house they will take care of it.

ford has a sitting board ceo ,,the owner ( stock holder majority)
might not know who the owner is.
