What ISP will I be using ? Web_TV ?

Hi T.J., I asked if my passangers needed Yacht Master's licenses,
And you told me:
Solas will think they do.
Once at sea, you set the alarms and no one is at the helm.
A bucket floating 4 miles away will set it off and
start sounding the fog horn.
Plot the course on the GPS, point to point, and
you're just there to look out the window anyway.
You can sail from Seattle to Rock islands in 20 days at 13 kt.
Give it 25 days so you can go around squals and storms.
Today's radar will see much better then you can and never miss a thing.
Other small vessels are doing the same thing.
A captain hit a house in Florida because
he went to sleep on the bridge and the alarms were off
so the ship's programed plotter made the turn and
ran into the bay and knocked a house down.
He got a ticket and paid for the house.
Ok, I'll allow for 25 days, assume no one will check for multiple licenses
and remember to set the alarm.
The dial-up internet connection will be shared.
What ISP will I be using ? Web_TV ?
