Think of the damage.

We cannot allow this to continue....I refer to white guys inventing
all these things.

I suggest that a quota be implemented towards patents awarded.
Since white people now only make up, what 11% of the world's
population,
white people should only be allowed to receive 11% of the patents.

Racially-based quotas...

*There's* a novel idea whose time has come. I'm sure the world will
embrace it enthusiastically.

Another solution would be to for progressive white inventors to simply
give away their inventions to minority individuals. Allowing that
minority to take credit for the invention.

Now THAT would be ideal ! THAT would represent the absolute height of
tolerance
and sophistication.

The perfect dis-incentive. It would discourage 'white' inventors from
inventing, as they will see no rewards from their investments and
efforts, and it will discourage non-whites from inventing as they can
just wait around and let the fool honky do all the hard work -
thinking.

The resulting paralysis of technology should go a long way towards
achieving environmentalist goals.
