In my opinion the experiment of Michelson & Morley can not be regarded
as refutation of a Ether-Theory, in which the ether rests and mass is
moving itself, since the experiment happened in the mantle of air.
While the ether was outside of the mantle of air.

Ether is not theory. It is hypothesis.
Hypothesis stationary aether and Fresnell aether drag hypothesis are
not correct.
Experiment of Michelson & Morley happened in the mantle of medium.

Medium is not aether Medium is firmly connected with Earth /planets/ -
see you Michelson-Morley Experiment.

This would be the consequence from the acceptance of the experiment of
Michelson and Morley. This experiment presupposes a special theory of
ether, but there are other theories of ether. If the ether wind reacts
only then noticeably if an object moves with nearly speed of light,
then there could not be a noticeable result by moving with the speed of
the planet earth.

Hypotheses stationary aether and Fresnell aether drag hypothesis are
not correct.

"All mass (standstill and moving) including vacuum, consists of
elementary particles, via which the light (wave or intensity) is
propagated by Huygens principle.

Your theory does not explain however, how electromagnetic waves
develop. It is not clear whether it is a mechanical forwarding of
impulses.

Electromagnetic waves develop charge moving

The medium is composed of elementary particles oscillating around
their equilibrial positions. It is completely entrained as a whole,
e.g. by Earth gravitation field (considering the Earth, the
equilibrial positions of their elementary particles are at rest).

The function, how the medium is tightened by waves of gravitation,
remains unclear.

(gravitational, nuclear, etc.) where the speed of propagation is finite
and equals c.

3.5. Unified theory of field
The Hitherto presented results of our considerations should be used to
form of foundations for the unified theory of field. Let us take the
equation (3.20)
When we shall substitue this general equation with
a) m=me, Wcurr=eUstill, v - velocity of the electron in atom, we get
total energy of the electromagnetic field in the atom
b) e.g. m=k.me, Wcurr - contemporary, current energies of particles, v
- velocity of electron in neutron (or of the subparticle in the
particle), we get total energy of the nuclear field (or elementary
particles respectively)
c) m=me, , mr, Wcurr - contemporary, current energies of leptons, v -
velocity of lepton subparticles in the particle, we get total energy of
the lepton field
d) m=M (the mass of the Sun, the Earth, planets, rockets, etc.), Wcurr
- contemporary energies of planets circulated around the central body
or the centre of the galaxy respectively, v - velocity of circulation
the planets (the average) around the central body. We get the total
energy of the gravitational field.

It is necessary to realize that there is a large number of media in
the Universe, mutually moving, while the "jump" of wave motion from
one moving medium to another one is ensured by Huygens principle (see
1.2.3).

If there are then nevertheless again areas without the medium, then the
phenomenon of the transmission of electromagnetic waves is not
clarified.

Areas without the medium non exists.
Vacuum consists of elementary particles, via which the light (wave or
intensity) is propagated by Huygens principle. This principle states
that each point of wave front (electromagnetic wave front) can be
considered as a source of secondary wavelets (small intensities)
propagated in all directions. Each source of secondary wavelets (small
intensities) i. e. each particle of medium moves at the speed of the
medium.
