1. CULTURE WAR I: BUSH TO VETO STEM CELL RESEARCH BILL.
The ... yada, yada, yada... A Presidential veto will spare leftover
embryonic stem cells from the indignity of saving human lives and allow
them to be thrown in the garbage with their dignity intact.

[hanson]
That issue belongs into the same lame but fiery class of emotions
as is the abortion issue. The fucking bible beaters with their hooded
and cloaked biz puppeteers in the pulpits have been brainwashed
into the belief that human life is so sacrosanct that it must be kept
alive at any cost until it reaches 18 at/for/with and by an enormous
amounts of $$ investment (good for biz), at which point it can be
used in wars (good for biz) & be shot with a 30 cents bullet to prove
the point again that the next round of stems cells or fetuses must be
kept alive at all costs (good for biz), ... Well, BIZ IS BIZ...
ahahahaha....

2. CULTURE WAR II: MORE TROOPS NEEDED. ... the President explained, is to
quell sectarian violence. Why,
you may be asking, can't Shiites and Sunnis just get along? Briefly:
the violence began in 656, 24 years after Muhammad died. ....
yada, yada, yada, ...Sounds familiar? President Bush is absolutely right,
there aren't enough troops in Iraq to settle this dispute. And never will
be.

[hanson]
Park's and Bush's lamenting and whining is too little and too late.
If you decided to go to war, then you go to WAR, but do it fast and
so violent and beat the mother*** out of the (perceived) enemy
so bad that he can't even utter "uncle" any longer at the ceremony
of unconditional capitulation. The current MO for winning, by killing
mainly male family members and then ruefully giving their survivors
candies and painting their school rooms to win "their hearts and
minds", that is disastrous and criminally insane. History has shown
that this goody-2-shoe warring leads to debacles like Vietnam and
or the Jew/Pail *** that's been dragging on for 60 years... OTOH,
If you wanna go the goody-2-shoe route then to that right: Bring'em
porn, booze and music and the resulting biz boom will unavoidably
win their hearts and minds without killing a single one of the bastards
and not causing a single casualty in your own ranks. (good for biz)

3. CULTURE WAR III: SCREWED UP IN THE THE CANYON. Last week
WN compared the Noah's-flood version of the age of the Grand Canyon
(6,000 years)to the "scientific" version (6,000,000 years). WN said you
have to "add up the ages of the geologic strata exposed on the walls."
That was pretty dumb; it would have given you about 2 billion years.
What we should have said was, "add up the time it took to erode through
all the strata."

[hanson]
Why even get critical over quaint stories like that. These fables are on
the same level as is the Big Bang tale told by folks that have never been
beyond Barstow, --- or the grand accounts by the Anthropo-Paleos who
find a shard of bone under a rock from an ancient individual and then
conclude and tell you from that, in all sincerity, how the great grandmother
of that bone-findling was weaving his/her underwear and where she got
the dye from, 3 day marches away, behind 2 mountain ranges that have
eroded away since. ... These fables are all very all wonderful pieces of
entertainment (good for biz)

4. CULTURE WAR IV: NANCY PELOSI BANS SMOKING.
Cultures can be changed after all. I would not have believed it
possible that smoking would become an anachronism in my lifetime.

[hanson]
Then stop whining and parakeeting that fucking loud-mouthed
railing O'Reilly who is dancing to the Zionist agenda as virulent
and subservient as is that little ugly mutt that's licking the shaven
twat of the Hilton piglet... 'cuz like in her case: it's good for biz...
ahahaha..

5. HIGGS LIGHT: MAYBE THE TEVATRON STILL HAS SHOT AT IT.
building a Supercollider was based on... finding the Higgs boson
After the SSC died,
*** [ [ it could have been good for
biz but, ***!,
I lost a bundle in that
venture. ***! ]] ***
hope turned to the Large Hadron Collider at CERN, and just maybe
to the less powerful Tevatron at Fermilab. The LHC is expected to start
up by the end of 2007, but meanwhile a new estimate of the Higgs mass
comes out a little smaller, raising hope that the Tevatron might yet find
it.

[hanson]
That is another venture that's good for biz... as in all likelihood it
will only produce more questions than answers (good for biz), 'cuz
we have NEVER rigorously defined and much less do we know what
mass is. Every time we look at a lump of it, close up, there seems to be
an enigmatic emptiness that puts us into the position of the dog (not
Hilton's) that barks into the night at a distant noise that he knows
nothing about... (... & that is what some responders may likely be too)
ahahaha.... ahahahanson
