MSN TV subscribers pay an extra 120 dollars per year.

Hi T_Wake, If you use a cable connection with your MSN TV box,
you have to pay for a cable modem, cable installation,
and the cable company's ISP ( which goes unused ).

That bill alone is 60 dollars a month, not counting setup costs.
You have to pay for an MSN TV subscription on top of that.
Quoting from " www.WebTV.COM/pc/get/broadband_service.asp "

Broadband Service with your ISP *
9.95 dollars / month, ISP fees not included.

So, ignoring the setup costs,
MSN TV subscribers pay an extra 120 dollars per year.
